Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Our patient’s safety, accessibility, and quality of service are the utmost importance to the service we provide. We are committed to serve our Tribal Community to the best of our ability. We provide transportation for non-emergency medical appointments.
IHS Eligible Patients with medical conditions with confirmed medical appointments providing that all other resources have been contacted and eliminated, i.e. County Ride-Share, Relatives, Friends and/or any other program service that provides medical transportation.
Priorities of the Medical Transportation Department are as follows:
- Chronic Care Patients
- Cancer Treatments

MTM, Inc. arranges transportation for eligible Medicaid and BadgerCare Plus members throughout the state to their covered preventative and life-sustaining medical appointments.
